Depth Filter Element PP100-HF

High flow polypropylene pleated absolute filter element

The PP100-HF elements manufactured under the ISO-9001 quality management system provide quality that satisfies our customers. The PP100-HF filter elements comply with FDA requirements for food contact according to CFR Title 21 and EC/1935/2004. The elements are produced in lengths of 1016mm and 1524mm (40 inches and 60 inches). They feature a plug connection end cap with a handle for easy and quick replacement.

Steam filter element "P-GS_VE"

A renewable sintered stainless steel steam filter element that removes fine particles, debris, and rust from piping.

(P)-GS VE enhances steam quality, extends the lifespan of sterilization filters, and improves overall process efficiency. Additionally, the (P)-GS VE filter is an economical option as it can be regenerated through ultrasonic cleaning or backwashing, making it particularly effective in cases of high particle load. With a porosity exceeding 50%, it has a high collection capacity and can maintain low differential pressure while allowing high flow rates. The (P)-GS VE is designed to withstand differential pressures of up to 0.5 MPa. The usable temperature range for the filter is -20°C to +210°C.

Polypropylene pleated filter element

Donaldson's PP-Q elements are manufactured in a clean room to ensure high quality and compliance with market regulations. The PP-Q filter elements comply with FDA requirements for food contact as per CFR Title 21, and all components meet the biological reactivity testing for USP Class VI plastics. These elements are produced in continuous lengths from 254mm to 1016mm (10 inches to 40 inches) in increments of 254mm (10 inches). They are also available in industry-standard end cap shapes.
